A series of paintings that reflects on the idea of beauty and artificiality—as well as their construction—through the study of different representations of anthropomorphic and feminine figures drawn from popular culture. Images of virgins, dolls, singers, and models sourced from various digital platforms make it possible to observe the artificial bodies that inform different beauty standards and bodily expectations, which the human body then consciously or unconsciously seeks to emulate.
