Esta lectura tuvo lugar el mismo día del solsticio de invierno. Un mes previo a la activación, Agustine y yo mantuvimos una conversación via mail en el cual detallábamos cómo nos estábamos cuidando para la llegada del invierno. En él, nos contamos las cosas que comíamos, los suplementos que ingeríamos y los rituales que ejecutábamos para intentar mantenernos mental y físicamente bien. Durante el acto, se intercaló la lectura de los correos con la preparación de jugos, pócimas y acciones que posteriormente eran compartidos con el público.

After the Solstice,
Performative Reading with Agustine Zegers.

This performance took place on the same day as the winter solstice. A month prior to this performance, Agustine and I exchanged emails detailing how we were taking care of ourselves in preparation for winter. In those messages, we shared the foods we were eating, the supplements we were taking, and the rituals we were performing to try to stay mentally and physically well.
During the event, we interwove the reading of these emails with the preparation of juices, potions, and rituals that were later shared with the audience.
